2026 CORPORATE EVENTS CALENDAR
Milan, January 22, 2026
Redelfi S.p.A. (“Redelfi” or the “Company”), the parent company of the industrial group of the same name, with its operational headquarters in Genoa—engaged in the development of innovative and sustainable infrastructure to facilitate the energy transition, and listed on the Euronext Growth Milan segment of Borsa Italiana—pursuant to Article 17 of the Euronext Growth Milan Issuers’ Regulations, announces that, as of today, the Board of Directors has approved the calendar of corporate events for the 2026 fiscal year:
▪ March 30, 2026: Board of Directors meeting to approve the draft annual financial statements and the consolidated financial statements as of December 31, 2025;
▪ April 30, 2026: Annual Shareholders’ Meeting to approve the financial statements as of December 31, 2025, and present the consolidated financial statements as of December 31, 2025;
▪ September 28, 2026: Board of Directors meeting to approve the consolidated semi-annual financial report as of June 30, 2026, voluntarily subject to a limited audit.
Redelfi will promptly notify stakeholders of any changes to the dates provided.
