Redelfi strengthens itself as an ESG Company in its Green, MarTech and GreenTech segments

Genoa, May 10, 2022

Redelfi, a management company active in the digital and green transition, accelerates its adoption of ESG principles in its new operating structure, which is divided into three Business Units: Green, Martech and Greentech. Each Business Unit is characterized by a highly innovative approach in product, service or process with a strong focus on sustainability in business management. After the equity crowdfunding campaign, which finished in 2021 with the collection of more than 1 million EUR and the consolidation of the three business units, Redelfi continues on its ESG-driven growth path.

The “Green” Business Unit operates through RH Hydro, which owns a mini-hydro plant in Lower Piemonte, and Redelfi Corp. which aims to build a BESS (Battery Energy Storage System) park in the United States. The unit is managed by Davide Sommariva, president of the company, who has proven expertise in the renewables sector and experience in developing and managing a company listed on the Euronext Growth Milan. This business unit aims to limit CO2 emissions and protect the environment through sustainable actions.

The second Business Unit, “MarTech,” through its subsidiary Enginius, led by CEO Alessandro Ivaldi, a Redelfi director, is focused on the development of technological and innovative products particularly in augmented reality, artificial intelligence and big data. Among the products under development, Jarions will be dedicated in the digital arena to organize and catalog communications present on different channels, while Adest in the area of digital marketing and customer experience, thanks to dynamic virtual product placement, creates personalized content in a video context. This business unit also operates transversally by bringing technological innovation to the group’s companies which are active in traditional sectors.

Finally, the third Business Unit, “Greentech,” was started from the union of Green and MarTech skills, with the aim of developing innovative and sustainable technological solutions, preserving biodiversity and combating climate change. The unit is headed by Raffaele Palomba, managing director of Redelfi, who has well-established skills in the renewables sector gained also from managing a company listed on the former AIM Italy market. During 2022 Greentech plans to develop activities aimed at reforestation using blockchain technologies.

Davide Sommariva, President of Redelfi, comments, “We have consolidated the 3 business units confirming our ideas and our company vision, bringing innovation in traditional sectors and contributing value in compliance with ESG criteria. In the coming months we will continue to grow by developing new projects in Green and GreenTech.”
