Renergetica starts the partnership with Edison

Our subsidiary, Renergetica, has entered into a new agreement in partnership with Edison for the identification, development and construction of photovoltaic systems on the Italian territory.

For the next three years, Renergetica will develop plants with an overall peak power of at least 50 MWp for a total of at least 150 MWp. This agreement also provides for the possibility of an automatic renewal for a further two years under the same conditions, for the development of projects for at least an additional 100 MWp.
