Redelfi S.p.A. (“Redelfi” or the “Company”), the parent company of the industrial group of the same name, with its operational headquarters in Genoa—engaged in the development of innovative and sustainable infrastructure to facilitate the energy transition, and listed on the Euronext Growth Milan segment of Borsa Italiana—announces that the Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting scheduled for today in first call was not held, as the quorum required by law was not reached.
Therefore, as indicated in the notice of meeting published on April 14, 2026, the Shareholders’ Meeting will be held on second call tomorrow, April 30, 2026, at 11:00 a.m.

Redelfi is the parent company of an industrial group active in the energy transition sector, through the development of strategic infrastructure—primarily Battery Energy Storage Systems—with a highly innovative approach and a strong focus on adhering to ESG principles in corporate management. In fiscal year 2025, the Group generated a production value of €27 million and a net profit of €5.2 million. EBITDA amounted to €15.7 million.
