REDELFI: CONSOB NOTIFIED OF KID UPDATE ON “REDELFI WARRANTS 2022-2025”

Redelfi S.p.A. (“Redelfi” or the “Company”), a company at the head of the industrial group of the same name with operational headquarters in Genoa – engaged in the development of innovative and sustainable infrastructures to facilitate the energy transition, and listed on the Euronext Growth Milan segment of Borsa Italiana, announces that today it notified the relevant offices of Consob of the updated KID on “REDELFI Warrants 2022-2025,” ISIN code IT0005496028, as required by current regulations.
The KID (Key Information Document) is a concise, standardized information document prepared with the aim of depicting product features in a way that is easily usable and understandable to the investor-according to the European Regulation on PRIIPs relating to retail investment products and pre-packaged insurance products, by which it is intended to ensure comparability between different products and increase the degree of transparency of information regarding these instruments.
