REDELFI: MINIMUM TRADING LOT EQUAL TO 750 SHARES

Redelfi S.p.A. (“Redelfi” or the “Company”), a company heading the industrial group of the same name with operational headquarters in Genoa – engaged in the development of innovative and sustainable infrastructures to facilitate the energy transition and listed on the Euronext Growth Milan segment of Borsa Italiana – announces that, as of Friday, October 27, the minimum trading lot of Redelfi shares (ISIN: IT0005496101) will be reduced from 1,500 units to 750 units.
All orders on the Ordinary Shares issued by Redelfi S.p.A. not executed at the end of the session on October 26 c.e. will be cancelled.
