REDELFI CONVENES BOARD OF DIRECTORS FOR APPROVAL OF UPDATED BUSINESS PLAN

Redelfi S.p.A. (“Redelfi” or the “Company”), a company at the head of the industrial group of the same name with operational headquarters in Genoa – engaged in the development of innovative and sustainable infrastructures to facilitate the energy transition, and listed on the Euronext Growth Milan segment of the Italian Stock Exchange – announces that it has convened its Board of Directors for December 11, 2023 for the approval of the Company’s Business Plan for the period 2023-2026, updated from the one presented to the market for the period 2022-2026 (ref. Press Release November 2, 2022).
The update of the Business Plan for the period 2023-2026 reflects the important agreements reached by the Group during the current year, reporting a significant revision of the estimates previously indicated to the financial community for the four-year period 2022-2026.
