REDELFI: CONSOB NOTIFIED OF THE UPDATED KID FOR “2022-2025 REDELFI WARRANTS”

Redelfi S.p.A. (“Redelfi” or the “Company”), the company heading the namesake industrial group with its operational headquarters in Genoa – engaged in the development of innovative and sustainable infrastructures to promote the energy transition, and listed on the Euronext Growth Milan segment of Borsa Italiana – announces that today it has notified the competent offices of Consob of the updated KID in the “2022-2025 REDELFI Warrants,” ISIN code IT0005496028, as required by current regulations.
A KID (Key Information Document) is a concise and standardized information document prepared with the aim of depicting the characteristics of a product in a way that is easily usable and understandable for the investor – based on the European Regulation on PRIIPs relating to retail investment products and pre-assembled insurance products, with which it is intended to ensure comparability between different products and increase the degree of transparency of information regarding these instruments.
