REDELFI APPOINTS NEW SPECIALIST OPERATOR
Milan, Jan. 10, 2023
Redelfi S.p.A. (the “Company” or “Redelfi”), a management company committed to the digital and green transition, listed on the Euronext Growth Milan market, announces that today it has communicated to Integrae SIM S.p.A. – pursuant to Article 17 of the Euronext Growth Milan Regulations – the termination of the Specialist Operator contract.
The termination, also communicated to Borsa Italiana, will become effective on January 20, 2023.
The Company also announces that it has appointed Banca Finnat Euramerica S.p.A. as Specialist Operator effective January 23, 2023.
Redelfi would like to thank Integrae SIM S.p.A. for the professionalism with which it carried out the task of Specialist Operator during the first listing period on Euronext Growth Milan.
