NEWCO BRIGHT STORAGE S.P.A. ESTABLISHED FROM THE SERVICE AGREEMENT WITH THE WRM GROUP

Redelfi S.p.A. (“Redelfi” or the “Company”), the company at the head of the industrial group of the same name with operational headquarters in Genoa – engaged in the development of innovative and sustainable infrastructures to facilitate the energy transition, and listed on the Euronext Growth Milan segment of the Italian Stock Exchange – announces that, in line with the term agreement entered into with the WRM Group, the company known under Italian law as Bright Storage S. p.A. (“Bright Storage”), which – once the relevant contractual documents, currently being finalized, have been finalized – will be 49% owned by Flash S.p.A. and will invest equity in the development of BESS Projects with a target of 2.8 GW over a three-year period (ref. c.s. of Oct. 4, 2023).
