Redelfi S.p.A. (the “Company” or “Redelfi”), the parent company of the industrial group of the same name with operational headquarters in Genoa – engaged in the development of innovative and sustainable infrastructure to promote energy transition, and listed on the Euronext Growth Milan segment of the Italian Stock Exchange, pursuant to Article 17 of the Euronext Growth Milan Issuers’ Regulations, announces that, today, the Board of Directors approved the calendar of corporate events for the 2025 financial year:
▪March 26, 2025: Board of Directors meeting to approve the draft financial statements and consolidated financial statements as of December 31, 2024;
▪April 28, 2025: Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting to approve the financial statements as at December 31, 2024, and presentation of the consolidated financial statements as at December 31, 2024;
▪September 24, 2025: Board of Directors meeting to approve the consolidated half-yearly financial report as of June 30, 2025, voluntarily submitted to limited audit.
Redelfi will promptly communicate any changes to the dates announced.
