ANNUAL CORPORATE EVENTS CALENDAR 2024 AND CHANGE OF REGISTERED OFFICE

Redelfi S.p.A. (the “Company” or “Redelfi”), a company at the head of the industrial group of the same name with operational headquarters in Genoa – engaged in the development of innovative and sustainable infrastructures to promote the energy transition, and listed on the Euronext Growth Milan segment of the Italian Stock Exchange, announces that, today, the Board of Directors approved the calendar of corporate events for the 2024 financial year:
▪ 25 March 2024: Board of Directors meeting for the approval of the financial draft statements and the consolidated financial statements as of 31 December 2023;
▪ 24 April 2024: Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting for the approval of the financial statements as of 31 December 2023 and presentation of the consolidated financial statements as of 31 December 2023;
▪ 23 September 2024: Board of Directors meeting for the approval of the consolidated half-yearly financial report as of 30 June 2024, voluntarily subjected to a limited audit.
Redelfi will promptly communicate any changes to the communicated dates.
Furthermore, the Company announces that the registered office has been transferred from Viale Monza, 127 – 20125 Milan to the address Piazza Armando Diaz, 7 – 20123 Milan.
