Redelfi S.p.A. (the “Company” or “Redelfi”), parent company of the industrial group of the same name, with operational headquarters in Genoa and engaged in the development of innovative and sustainable infrastructure to support the energy transition, listed on the Euronext Growth Milan segment of Borsa Italiana, in accordance with Article 17 of the Euronext Growth Milan Issuers’ Regulation, announces that today the Board of Directors has approved the corporate events calendar for the 2025 financial year:
▪ March 26, 2025: Board of Directors meeting for the approval of the draft separate financial statements and the consolidated financial statements as of December 31, 2024.
▪ April 28, 2025: Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting for the approval of the separate financial statements as of December 31, 2024, and presentation of the consolidated financial statements as of December 31, 2024.
▪ September 24, 2025: Board of Directors meeting for the approval of the consolidated half-year financial report as of June 30, 2025, voluntarily subjected to limited audit review.
Redelfi S.p.A. will promptly communicate any changes to the previously announced dates.
