Having graduated with a degree in Economics and a Master’s in finance Davide gained experience working in the investment banking sector. Now having worked in the renewable energy sector for over 14 years he started by founding Renergetica S.p.A. and then guided it to its being listed on the EGM market (formerly AIM Italia) in 2018. He was president of Renergetica S.p.A., Member of the board of Directors and CFO of Renergetica USA Corp. and Member of the Board of Directors of RSM Chile S.p.A.

CEO and Managing Director of Redelfi, graduate in Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Turin, PMP® certification from the Project Management Institute of Pennsylvania and Executive-MBA from SDA Bocconi in 2023. Eng. Pinto has gained important experience first in the infrastructure sector and then in the energy sector; her career in the energy sector within Engie Italia, Solar Konzept Italia S.r.l. and Enfinity Global, always holding top roles in the Development, Construction and Operation phases, has been focused on Efficiency, Sustainability and Energy Transition.

Sole Director of RH Hydro S.r.l. Among his various experiences, he created and managed a commercial network nationwide in the retail sector. For over 14 years he has worked in the field of renewable energy, operating in business development in Italy and abroad with particular focus on the markets of South and North America. He was a member of the Board of Directors of Renergetica S.p.A., President of RSM Chile S.p.A.

Graduated in Economics from the University of Genoa with a Master’s degree in International Finance, he gained experience in finance, bond trading and strategy consulting in leading banks (J.P Morgan, Fortis, Société Générale, Bank of America) and founded the Fixed Income fund.
Expert in investment strategy, market making on European government bonds, risk management and relationships with national treasuries and institutional investors.
He is currently an independent consultant on business management and tax optimization GIEFFE Srl – Advisory & Consulting.

Holding a degree in Management Engineering with an Executive Master’s in Private Equity and Corporate Finance, she has over twenty years of experience in the Capital Markets sector, managing financing and IPO transactions on the Euronext market of the Borsa Italiana aimed at development and growth. She has assisted companies listed on regulated markets in Investor Relations activities and in the application of price sensitive regulation, having gained experience in risk management and decision support systems for financial institutions and multinationals.

Having graduated in Communication and Organizational Psychology at the University of Milan – Bicocca, since the beginning of her career she has carried out consultancy activities in the HR and personnel selection sector.

A Law graduate from the University of Genoa, he continued his studies, specializing in designing digital communication campaigns for nonprofits. Following professional experiences, he founded the startup Futurevox S.r.l. and has worked with Greenpeace, Amnesty International, Emergency, and UNESCO Global.

Director in possession of the independence requirements pursuant to Art. 148, paragraph 3, of the TUF, as referred to in Art. 147-ter, paragraph 4, of the TUF.

Degree in Marketing and Business Strategy from La Sapienza in Rome, with over 25 years of experience in Marketing, Merchandising and Retail in leading companies such as EssilorLuxottica and Levi Strauss. She currently serves as EMEA Marketing Director Optical Retail for EssilorLuxottica.

Holds a degree in Economics with a subsequent specialization in Marketing and Global Markets and a Master’s degree in Finance and Management. After an experience abroad at the Université Savoie Mont Blanc in Chambéry, a curricular internship at the British International School in London and other minor work experiences, she began her career at Redelfi in 2021, specializing in financial planning and institutional communication, covering the role of Investor Relations Manager.

Chartered Accountant at the Order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Rome, this has led him to collaborate and hold institutional roles in numerous national and international companies. His CV includes teaching in universities, journalistic collaborations in the tax field, and consultancy work with the Court of Rome.

Chartered Accountant, Auditor and Technical Consultant to the Court, after gaining work experience in the tax field, he now manages a firm specializing in employment consultancy in Milan and a professional accountant firm in Genoa. He also holds the position of Statutory Auditor at various medium and large companies.

Having graduated in Economics and Commerce, after an experience as a researcher at the Faculty of Economics of Genoa and a period of work in the administrative field, she has been registered with the Order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Genoa since 2008, and has been an Auditor since 2010.
