The Board of Directors of Redelfi S.p.A.<\/strong> (\u201cRedelfi<\/strong>\u201d or the \u201cCompany<\/strong>\u201d), the parent company of the industrial group of the same name with its operational headquarters in Genoa \u2014engaged in the development of innovative and sustainable infrastructure to support the energy transition, and listed on the Euronext Growth Milan segment of Borsa Italiana\u2014has approved the sale of 65,000 treasury shares, representing 0.54% of the share capital, at market price, to a strategic fund that is increasing its stake in the company.
\nThe transaction will be managed through Intermonte SIM S.p.A., acting as the designated intermediary.<\/p>\n

Redelfi<\/strong> is the parent company of an industrial group active in the energy transition sector, through the development of strategic infrastructure\u2014primarily Battery Energy Storage Systems\u2014with a highly innovative approach and a strong focus on adhering to ESG principles in corporate management. In fiscal year 2025, the Group generated a production value of \u20ac27 million and a net profit of \u20ac5.2 million. EBITDA amounted to \u20ac15.7 million.
