Redelfi S.p.A.<\/strong> (“Redelfi<\/strong>” or the “Company<\/strong>“), the parent company of the industrial group of the same name with its operational headquarters in Genoa\u2014engaged in the development of innovative and sustainable infrastructure to support the energy transition, and listed on the Euronext Growth Milan segment of Borsa Italiana\u2014announces that it has appointed advisors for a sale process<\/strong> involving the divestiture of Battery Energy Storage System (“BESS”<\/strong>) projects developed by its subsidiary Bright Storage S.p.A. (“Bright Storage<\/strong>“), distributed throughout Italy.<\/p>\n

The proposed structure involves the sale of the entire pipeline, as well as the negotiation and drafting of strategic agreements <\/strong>with battery suppliers, to optimize<\/strong> the buyer’s investment costs. Meanwhile, discussions will be initiated with specialized traders to establish long-term commercial agreements<\/strong>, to ensure recurring<\/em> revenue streams. <\/p>\n

Bright Storage has selected high-profile advisors to manage the competitive process, thereby providing a structured, competitive approach focused on generating value. The team consists of Rothschild & Co Italia S.p.A.<\/strong> and Mediobanca S.p.A<\/strong>. as financial advisors; PedersoliGattai <\/strong>and MG LAW Studio Legale <\/strong>as legal advisors; AFRY Italy S.r.l. <\/strong>as technical advisor; and Elemens S.r.l. <\/strong>as market advisor. <\/p>\n
