REDELFI IS CONSIDERING SELLING ITS U.S. SUBSIDIARIES TO FOCUS ITS RESOURCES AND INVESTMENTS ON THE DEVELOPMENT OF BESS AND DATA CENTER PROJECTS IN ITALY.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Milan, February 13, 2026<\/em><\/p>\n

Redelfi S.p.A.<\/strong> (\u201cRedelfi<\/strong>\u201d or the \u201cCompany<\/strong>\u201d), the parent company of the industrial group of the same name, with its operational headquarters in Genoa\u2014engaged in the development of innovative and sustainable infrastructure to support the energy transition, and listed on the Euronext Growth Milan segment of Borsa Italiana\u2014announces its intention to focus entirely on the development of energy infrastructure in Italy.<\/p>\n

To this end, also considering the current market context, the Company is evaluating the disposal of the US subsidiaries that currently do not contribute a positive value to the Group’s EBITDA.<\/p>\n

Redelfi will therefore focus its resources exclusively on the development of BESS plants and Data Centers in Italy, in line with its strategic positioning as an operator specialized in the authorization development of energy infrastructures.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Redelfi is the company at the head of the Industrial Group active in the field of the energy transition, through the development of Battery Energy Storage Systems, with a highly innovative approach and a strong focus on compliance with ESG principles in corporate management. In the 2024 fiscal year, the Group achieved a Production Value of Euro 19.8 million and a Net Result of Euro 3 million. EBITDA amounted to 9.4 million.
