\nRedelfi S.p.A. (\u201cRedelfi\u201d or the \u201cCompany\u201d), the parent company of the industrial group of the same name, with its operational headquarters in Genoa\u2014engaged in the development of innovative and sustainable infrastructure to facilitate the energy transition, and listed on the Euronext Growth Milan segment of Borsa Italiana\u2014announces that the Ordinary Shareholders\u2019 Meeting scheduled for today in first call was not held, as the quorum required by law was not reached.
\nTherefore, as indicated in the notice of meeting published on April 14, 2026, the Shareholders\u2019 Meeting will be held on second call tomorrow, April 30, 2026, at 11:00 a.m.

Redelfi is the parent company of an industrial group active in the energy transition sector, through the development of strategic infrastructure\u2014primarily Battery Energy Storage Systems\u2014with a highly innovative approach and a strong focus on adhering to ESG principles in corporate management. In fiscal year 2025, the Group generated a production value of \u20ac27 million and a net profit of \u20ac5.2 million. EBITDA amounted to \u20ac15.7 million. The pro-forma net financial position is cash negative by \u20ac15 million, and shareholders\u2019 equity stands at \u20ac45 million. <\/p>\n
