Redelfi S.p.A. <\/strong>(\u201cRedelfi<\/strong>\u201d or the \u201cCompany<\/strong>\u201d), the parent company of the industrial group of the same name with its operational headquarters in Genoa\u2014engaged in the development of innovative and sustainable infrastructure to support the energy transition, and listed on the Euronext Growth Milan segment of Borsa Italiana\u2014 announces the new composition of its share capital resulting from the allocation of 369,985 Redelfi ordinary shares, following the exercise of 739,970 \u201cRedelfi 2022-2025\u201d Warrants at the end of their Third Exercise Period (July 3\u201317, 2025), at a ratio of 1 Share for every 2 Warrants exercised (please refer to the press release of July 17 of this year).
\nThe new composition of the Share Capital (fully subscribed and paid-in)

Redelfi<\/strong> is the parent company of an industrial group active in the energy transition sector, through the development of Battery Energy Storage Systems, with a highly innovative approach and a strong focus on adhering to ESG principles in corporate management. In fiscal year 2024, the Group reported a production value of \u20ac19.8 million, EBITDA of \u20ac9.4 million, and net income of \u20ac3 million. The net financial position was a cash deficit of \u20ac19.5 million, and shareholders\u2019 equity amounted to \u20ac24.4 million. <\/p>\n
