Milan, October 2, 2025<\/em><\/p>\n

Redelfi S.p.A. (\u201cRedelfi\u201d or the \u201cCompany\u201d), the parent company of the industrial Group of the same name, with operational headquarters in Genoa \u2013 engaged in the development of innovative and sustainable infrastructure to support the energy transition, and listed on the Euronext Growth Milan segment of Borsa Italiana \u2013 announces that, following the completion of the first MACSE auction (\u201cMACSE Premium\u201d), the assumptions of the Company\u2019s 2023\u20132026 Business Plan are confirmed \u2013 ref. press release dated December 11, 2023.<\/p>\n

In particular, it should be noted that: (i) the MACSE Premium, expressed in MWh\/year, represents the consideration granted to Redelfi\u2019s clients in the event of a successful award in the auction; (ii) the revenues of the Redelfi Group assumed in the Business Plan are based on a \u20ac\/MWp tariff and are consistent with the current market scenario, notwithstanding that the MACSE Premium resulted lower than the reserve price communicated by ARERA; (iii) the Company\u2019s commercial strategy has long been based on a portfolio diversification approach, which may ensure end clients a combination of revenue streams, both from the MACSE auction and from the sale of energy on the spot market.
Redelfi reserves the right to revise its 2023\u20132026 Business Plan estimates upwards following the completion of new industrial agreements. <\/p>\n

Redelfi is the parent company of an industrial group active in the energy transition sector, through the development of Battery Energy Storage Systems, with a highly innovative approach and a strong focus on compliance with ESG principles in corporate management. In financial year 2024, the Group achieved a production value of EUR 19.8 million, an EBITDA of EUR 9.4 million and a net profit of EUR 3 million.
