Redelfi S.p.A.<\/strong> (\u201cRedelfi<\/strong>\u201d or the \u201cCompany<\/strong>\u201d), the parent company of the industrial group of the same name, headquartered in Genoa\u2014engaged in the development of innovative and sustainable infrastructure to support the
\nenergy transition, and listed on the Euronext Growth Milan segment of Borsa Italiana\u2014announces
\nthat its 2025 half-year results, which will be approved and published on September 24, are in line with the Company\u2019s targets and do not give rise to any profit warning.<\/p>\n

Redelfi\u2019s strategy is proving to be sound thanks to its dual revenue stream.
\nMore specifically, Redelfi has developed a so-called recurring revenue stream derived from the proceeds of Development Services Agreements (\u201cDSA<\/strong>\u201d) entered into with financial operators, which provide for payments based on the progress of work and allow for optimal management of any factors external to the Company.
\nIn addition to this, there is a further revenue stream derived from the sale of projects for the construction of \u201cBESS<\/strong>\u201d equipped with the necessary authorization for the construction and operation of the related facilities.<\/p>\n

In light of the results of the MACSE 2025 auction (scheduled for the end of this month) and the results achieved in recent fiscal years, which have consistently exceeded previously announced estimates, the Company reserves the right to revise its economic and financial targets upward, as set forth in the 2023-2026 Business Plan.

Redelfi<\/strong> is the parent company of an industrial group active in the energy transition sector, through the development of Battery Energy Storage Systems, with a highly innovative approach and a strong focus on adhering to ESG principles in corporate management. In fiscal year 2024, the Group reported a production value of \u20ac19.8 million, EBITDA of \u20ac9.4 million, and net income of \u20ac3 million. The net financial position was a cash deficit of \u20ac19.5 million, and shareholders\u2019 equity amounted to \u20ac24.4 million. <\/p>\n
