(<strong>\u201cRedelfi<\/strong>\u201d or the \u201c<strong>Company<\/strong>\u201d), the parent company of the industrial group of the same name, with its operational headquarters in Genoa\u2014engaged in the development of innovative and sustainable infrastructure to facilitate the energy transition, and listed on the Euronext Growth Milan segment of Borsa Italiana\u2014announces that it has approved today the Sustainability Report for the 2024 fiscal year (\u201c<strong>2024 Sustainability Report<\/strong>\u201d).<\/p>\n<p>The 2024 Sustainability Report confirms the tangible results achieved by the Redelfi Group in terms of reducing its environmental impact, adopting responsible business practices, and supporting projects aimed at promoting social inclusion and community well-being. The Company\u2019s ongoing commitment to preparing its second sustainability report represents a further step in the Group\u2019s journey toward integrating environmental and social sustainability into its business model, in line with its mission to develop<strong> innovative and sustainable infrastructure<\/strong> to support the energy transition. <\/p>\n<p>Redelfi currently prepares its sustainability report on a voluntary basis, and well in advance of any legal requirements, the sustainability team is pursuing a structured process to align with the CSRD and ESRS, conducting a detailed gap analysis and a materiality analysis. The 2024 Sustainability Report is prepared in accordance with the GRI Standards 2021, consistent with the 2022-2023 Sustainability Report, to facilitate comparison of social and environmental impacts and assess their evolution, making the company\u2019s commitment increasingly concrete and measurable. <\/p>\n<p>As a result of the Redelfi Group\u2019s business growth, the ESRS issues that had the most significant positive impact in 2024 were: optimization of energy consumption, employee well-being and equal treatment and opportunities, social development in local communities through the support and funding of social and community-based activities, proper management of security protocols and sensitive data, the evolution of stakeholder engagement, and business innovation in line with ESG criteria.<\/p>\n<p>The Group actively promotes and expands its support for sustainability initiatives, maintaining partnerships with universities and sponsoring events aimed at raising public awareness of social and environmental issues, supporting young people and sports, and promoting art and culture throughout the region.<\/p>\n<p>ESG Initiatives<\/p>\n<p>Redelfi has once again contributed to supporting the \u201cRiviera International Film Festival\u201d for its 2024 edition, the film festival held in Sestri Levante that is entirely <strong>dedicated to filmmakers under 35<\/strong> whose films are rooted in t<strong>hemes of social and environmental responsibility<\/strong>. In addition, the Company has strengthened its<strong> partnership with the University of Genoa<\/strong>, which will enable it to<strong> provide support, knowledge, and new employment opportunities to students<\/strong>, and its <strong>collaboration with the City of Genoa, also supporting the winter and spring editions of the Rolli Days<\/strong>, an event featuring Genoa\u2019s major noble palaces. This initiative was undertaken to make a tangible contribution to the project for the redevelopment and revitalization of Genoa\u2019s historic center.  <\/p>\n<p>The Company supported the innovative project developed by students and researchers from the DITEN Department of Electrical, Electronic, and Naval Engineering at the University of Genoa: \u201cElettra,\u201d the electric boat competing in the Monaco Energy Boat Challenge. This sponsorship reflects Redelfi\u2019s increasingly active commitment to supporting young people as well as to sustainability and innovation, in addition to its desire to contribute to sustainable mobility by promoting green technologies in the nautical sector as well. <\/p>\n<p>Redelfi also participated in the \u201cStelle nello Sport\u201d charity event, <strong>donating funds to the Gigi Ghirotti Foundation in Genoa<\/strong>, which is dedicated to palliative care and home-based care, providing medical, psychological, and social services to patients and their families in close collaboration with the Ligurian branches of the National Health Service.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, <strong>the Company has demonstrated its commitment to promoting gender equality<\/strong> by encouraging equal opportunities in <strong>sports, supporting the women\u2019s soccer playoff and Coppa Italia matches of the 2023\/2024 season<\/strong>, with the aim of supporting young female athletes who aspire to excel in soccer and contributing to the growth of the women\u2019s division of the sport at all levels.<\/p>\n<p>In the sports sector, with the aim of supporting and promoting talent in lesser-known sports, the Group sponsored the \u201cSnow Volley Festival,\u201d which featured professional athletes competing in the European Championship final and amateur athletes participating in an open tournament.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Davide Sommariva<\/strong>, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Redelfi S.p.A., stated: \u201c<em>The approval of the 2024 Sustainability Report underscores our ongoing commitment to integrating ESG principles into Redelfi\u2019s business model, in line with our mission to develop innovative and sustainable infrastructure in support of the energy transition.
