Milano, july 22 2025<\/em><\/p>\n

Redelfi S.p.A.<\/strong> (\u201cRedelfi<\/strong>\u201d or the \u201cCompany<\/strong>\u201d), the parent company of the industrial group of the same name with
\noperational headquarters in Genoa\u2014engaged in the development of innovative and sustainable infrastructure to support the energy transition, and listed on the Euronext Growth Milan segment of Borsa Italiana\u2014announces that
\nit has sold its stake in CerLab S.r.l. (\u201cCerLab\u201d), a company based in Milan active in the development of Renewable Energy Communities (\u201cCER\u201d).<\/p>\n

The sale of the stake in CerLab, which took place at the carrying value recorded in the financial statements (and therefore does not constitute a significant transaction under the Euronext Growth Milan Issuers\u2019 Regulations),
\nallows Redelfi to exit the Energy Communities market while fully recouping its investment and thus achieving a cash-positive outcome. This transaction represents a further step toward the strategy of focusing the Group\u2019s investments and resources on the development of stand-alone Battery Energy Storage Systems (\u201cBESS\u201d). Redelfi\u2019s exit from CerLab\u2019s capital strengthens the Company\u2019s position as an active player in the energy infrastructure market, and thus allows for the reallocation of financial resources previously allocated to CERs toward stand-alone BESS. <\/p>\n

The rapid growth of the BESS market has led the Company to focus its resources on its core business, abandoning the creation of CERs, despite their significant role in the energy market and their alignment with the Group\u2019s values.<\/p>\n
