His appointment<br \/>\nrepresents a strategic element to support the Group\u2019s accelerated growth and to ensure<br \/>\nan increasingly structured financial management focused on value creation.<br \/>\nFollowing his degree in Administration, Finance, and Control from the University of Genoa, Mr. Cardone gained ten years of experience at a renowned consulting firm, where he held the position of Senior Manager.  In this role, he was responsible for audit activities, accounting compliance, and strategic and financial consulting, developing solid expertise in OIC, IAS\/IFRS, and CFO services. His client portfolio, focused on various<br \/>\nmulti-utility companies, enabled him to gain solid industry experience.
