Milan, June 12, 2025<\/em><\/p>\n

Redelfi S.p.A.<\/strong> (\u201cRedelfi<\/strong>\u201d or the \u201cCompany<\/strong>\u201d), the parent company of the industrial group of the same name with operational headquarters in Genoa \u2013 engaged in the development of innovative and sustainable infrastructure to promote energy transition, and listed on the Euronext Growth Milan segment of the Italian Stock Exchange \u2013 announces its participation in the \u201cFinancial Gala,\u201d an event organized by Integrae SIM, Italy’s leader in extraordinary finance for SMEs, scheduled for June 19, 2025, in Milan at Via Massimo D’Azeglio 3, at the Milano Luiss Hub.
\nThe event aims to promote interaction and understanding between the financial world and small and medium-sized enterprises, creating connections, collaborations, and sharing projects and strategies with the entire investor ecosystem.<\/p>\n

The Company will meet with the financial community during the plenary presentation and in group meetings.
\nThe meetings will be attended by:
