BESS POWER CORPORATION PARTICIPATES IN THE RE+ INTERNATIONAL TRADE FAIR <\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Milan, September 6, 2023\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n

Redelfi S.p.A. (\u201cRedelfi\u201d<\/span><\/b> or the <\/span>\u201cCompany\u201d<\/span><\/b>), the parent company of the industrial group of the same name with operational headquarters in Genoa \u2013 engaged in the development of innovative and sustainable infrastructures to promote the energy transition – and Altea Green Power S.p.A. (\u201cAGP\u201d) – active in the development and construction of environmentally friendly power generation facilities and as a \u201cservice integrator\u201d for comprehensive assistance during all phases of the construction and operation of green plants – both listed on the Euronext Growth Milan segment of Borsa Italiana – announce that BESS Power Corporation (\u201cBESS Power\u201d), a subsidiary of RAL Green Energy Corp. (\u201cRAL\u201d) – a company equally owned by Redelfi and AGP – will participate as a visitor at the RE+ international trade show, entirely dedicated to renewable energy, to be held in Las Vegas from September 11-14, 2023.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Participation in the RE+ (formerly SPI) fair will enable BESS Power to consolidate its position as a major development player in the U.S. market, expanding its network and developing new business relationships.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The RE+ event, established in 2004 and organized by RE+ events in partnership with SPI (Solar Power International), is North America’s largest networking and education fair dedicated to renewable energy and innovation in the industry’s own technologies. In 2022 RE+ was attended by more than 27,000 renewable energy professionals and more than 800 exhibitors from more than 100 countries.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
