FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT SIGNED WITH RAVIERO FOR THE PURCHASE OF 60 MW OF AUTHORIZED PROJECTS OVER THE NEXT THREE YEARS TO BE DEDICATED TO CER\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00a0Milan, July 6, 2023\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n

Redelfi S.p.A.<\/strong> (\u201cRedelfi<\/strong>\u201d or the \u201cCompany<\/strong>\u201d), the company heading the namesake industrial group with its operational headquarters in Genoa \u2013 engaged in the development of innovative and sustainable infrastructures to promote the energy transition, and listed on the Euronext Growth Milan segment of Borsa Italiana – announces that its subsidiary CerLab S.r.l. (\u201cCerLab<\/strong>\u201d) has signed a framework agreement with the Swiss-registered company Raviero S.A. (\u201cRaviero<\/strong>\u201d), a logistics operator active in the renewable energy market.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The purpose of the agreement is to purchase projects provided with any necessary authorization for the construction and operation of photovoltaic systems on flat roofs of residential and industrial buildings, to be used to serve Renewable Energy Communities in Italy.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The set target is about 60 MW of authorized projects over the next three years, to be built and made available to Energy Communities.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

This agreement is the first step toward expanding CerLab’s business while waiting for the enactment of the Implementation Decree dedicated to Energy Communities.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Thanks to this strategic collaboration, the Company will benefit from the availability of large spaces, useful for the implementation of a large fleet of plants provided by Raviero’s logistics network.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Renewable Energy Communities are legal entities formed by private citizens, entities and companies, which choose to equip themselves with infrastructure for the production of energy from renewable sources and self-consumption through a model based on sharing.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Raviero heads the Group of the same name, which operates through several divisions, including logistics and renewables. Its added value is its ability to create synergy between different activities, with the aim of acting as a single carrier. It operates both domestically and internationally, combining its activities with an ethical and sustainable approach.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Davide Sommariva, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Redelfi S.p.A.<\/strong> commented, \u201cThe agreement with Raviero represents an important step forward for CerLab both in consolidating its business and in its growth, allowing CerLab to speed up and facilitate the creation of Renewable Energy Communities.
