REDELFI: RESULTS OF THE FIRST EXERCISE PERIOD OF \u201cREDELFI 2022-2025\u201d WARRANTS (July 3-17, 2023)\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Milan, July 17, 2023\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n

Redelfi S.p.A.<\/strong> (\u201cRedelfi<\/strong>\u201d or the \u201cCompany<\/strong>\u201d), the company heading the namesake industrial group with its operational headquarters in Genoa \u2013 engaged in the development of innovative and sustainable infrastructures to promote the energy transition, and listed on the Euronext Growth Milan segment of Borsa Italiana – announces that during the period between July 3, 2023 and July 17, 2023, initial and final dates included (the \u201cFirst Exercise Period<\/strong>\u201d), 42,000 Warrants were exercised. As a result, 21,000 newly issued Redelfi shares, without the indication of par value, with regular dividend entitlement and the same characteristics as the Redelfi Ordinary Shares traded on Euronext Growth Milan on the date of issue of the Conversion Shares, were underwritten, at a price of\u00a0 EUR 1.375 per share, in the ratio of 1 (one) Conversion Share for every 2 (two) Warrants held, for a total value of EUR 28,875.00.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

As a result of the above, as of the current date there are 2,718,000 Warrants outstanding. The issuance and making available for trading, through Monte Titoli S.p.A., of the Conversion Shares underwritten by Warrant holders during the First Exercise Period will take place on the settlement day following the end of the last day of the First Exercise Period.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
