REDELFI RECEIVES THE SECOND TRANCHE OF THE FINANCING FROM ANTHILIA CAPITAL PARTNERS SGR FOR\u00a0BESS DEVELOPMENT IN ITALY<\/p>\n

Milan, 25 November 2024<\/em><\/p>\n

Redelfi S.p.A.<\/strong> (\u201cRedelfi<\/strong>\u201d or the \u201cCompany<\/strong>\u201d), the company heading the namesake industrial group with its operational headquarters in Genoa \u2013 engaged in the development of innovative and sustainable infrastructures to promote the energy transition, and listed on the Euronext Growth Milan segment of Borsa Italiana – announces that it has received the second and final tranche of the loan granted by Anthilia Capital Partners SGR<\/strong> (\u201cAnthilia\u201d) last April \u2013 ref c.s. of 16 April 2024.<\/p>\n

The financing contract signed with Anthilia provided for the disbursement in two tranches for a total amount of 15 million EUR – through the Anthilia Must, Anthilia BIT III and Anthilia BIT IV Co-Investment Fund<\/strong> – in order to implement the development of Battery Energy Storage System projects(\u201cBESS\u201d) in Italy, with particular focus on the Bright Storage S.p.A. pipeline, which to date has reached a total capacity of approximately 3.3 GW.<\/p>\n

At the same time, the development of the previously announced pipelines also continues on the American market, equal to approximately 2.4 GW for Redelio and approximately 1.4 GW for BESS Power-ref. p.r. of 11 July 2024.<\/p>\n
