REDELFI ANNOUNCES NEW MANAGING DIRECTOR FOR SUBSIDIARY ENGINIUS IN ORDER TO COMMERCIALIZE ITS NEW JARIONS PRODUCT<\/p>\n

Milan, August 20, <\/em>2024<\/p>\n

Redelfi<\/strong> S.p.A.<\/strong> (“Redelfi<\/strong>” or the “Company<\/strong>“), a company heading the industrial group of the same name with operational headquarters in Genoa – engaged in the development of innovative and sustainable infrastructures to facilitate the energy transition, and listed on the Euronext Growth Milan<\/em> segment of the Italian Stock Exchange, announces the entry, in September 2024, of Eng. Elisabetta Migone to the board of directors of the subsidiary Enginius S.r.l. (“Enginius<\/strong>“) as CEO, with the task of bringing tits new product<\/span> Jarions to the market, which is a piece of <\/span>software capable of<\/span> thanks to the application of Artificial Intelligence (“AI<\/strong>“), aggregating and organizing content from various channels, making all types of digital communication more usable through a single platform.<\/p>\n

Unveiled to the market during the IPO, Jarions has reached an advanced stage of development in two years and is now close to market readiness with various AI applications, signaling Enginius’ transformation from a consulting company to a product company. This significant transition necessitates the input of Eng. Migone, whose role will not only be to lead the upcoming commercialization of Jarions, but also to pursue a spin-off<\/em> process for Enginius and develop the application of AI in the energy market as well. As an additional bonus, Eng. Migone has a 5% stake in the share capital of Enginius, distributed over the course of 5 years.<\/p>\n

With extensive experience in the IT industry and proven leadership skills, Eng. Migone was chosen to guide Enginius toward a new phase of growth, preparing the company for the possibility of an independent path; with this in mind, Enginius’ revenues were not included in the 2023-2026 Business Plan, presented to the market last December <\/strong>(ref. pr Dec. 11, 2024<\/em>).<\/p>\n

After getting an engineering degree from the University of Genoa and her initial work experience in engineering and start-up<\/em> and business incubation project development, Eng. Migone held senior positions as a Research Manager at the Technology Transfer Department of the Italian Institute of Technology, dealing specifically with business creation, startup<\/em> management and monitoring, and new business project development. She also co-founded Talent Garden Genova, the Genoa branch of<\/em> one of Europe’s leading coworking<\/em> and training platforms dedicated to digital innovators, which she also led as CEO. Eng. Migone, who is currently serving on Redelfi’s Board of Directors as an Independent Director, will resign from the aforementioned position as a result of joining Enginius’ Board of Directors as CEO, as the independence requirements are no longer met. Redelfi is currently engaged in the selection of a new Independent Director, whose appointment is expected by September, in any case after the approval of the consolidated half-year financial report as of June 30, 2023.<\/p>\n
