\nDRAFTING OF THE CONTRACT SET FOR THE CREATION OF THE JOINT VENTURE WITH FLASH SPA (WRM GROUP) CONTINUES<\/strong><\/p>\n

Milan, 29 January 2024<\/em><\/p>\n

Redelfi S.p.A.<\/strong> (“Redelfi<\/strong>” or the “Company<\/strong>“), a company at the head of the industrial group of the same name with operational headquarters in Genoa – active in the development of innovative and sustainable infrastructure projects to facilitate the energy transition, and listed on the Euronext Growth Milan<\/em> segment of Borsa Italiana – announces that, today, the Board of Directors approved the calendar of corporate events for the 2024 financial year:<\/p>\n

* 25 March 2024: Board of Directors’ meeting<\/strong> to approve the draft annual financial statements and consolidated financial statements as of December 31, 2023;<\/p>\n

* 24 April 2024: Ordinary Shareholders’ meeting<\/strong> to approve the draft annual financial statements as of December 31, 2023 and presentation of the consolidated financial statements as of December 31, 2023;<\/p>\n

* 23 September 2024: Board of Directors’ meeting<\/strong> to approve the Consolidated Half-Year Financial Report as of June 30, 2024, voluntarily subject to limited audit.<\/p>\n

Redelfi<\/strong> will promptly notify any changes to the announced dates.<\/p>\n

In addition, the Company announces that its registered office has been transferred from Viale Monza, 127 – 20125 Milan to the address Piazza Armando Diaz, 7 – 20123 Milan.<\/p>\n
