(\u201cRedelfi\u201d or the \u201cCompany\u201d), a company heading the industrial group of the same name with operational headquarters in Genoa \u2013 active in the development of innovative and sustainable infrastructures to facilitate the energy transition, listed on the Euronext Growth Milan segment of Borsa Italiana \u2013 announces that it has convened its Board of Directors on December 11, 2023 for the approval of the Company&#8217;s Business Plan for the period 2023-2026, updating the one presented to the market for the period 2022-2026 (ref.
