Redelfi S.p.A.<\/strong> (\u201cRedelfi<\/strong>\u201d or the \u201cCompany<\/strong>\u201d), a company heading the industrial group of the same name with operational headquarters in Genoa \u2013 active in the development of innovative and sustainable infrastructures to facilitate the energy transition, listed on the Euronext Growth Milan segment of Borsa Italiana \u2013 announces that, in line with the term sheet stipulated with the WRM Group, the Italian company Bright Storage S.p.A.(\u201cBright Storage<\/strong>\u201d) has been established. Bright Storage \u2013 once the relevant contractual documentation has been finalised, currently being defined \u2013 will be 49% owned by Flash S.p.A. and will invest its own resources in the development of BESS Projects with a target of 2.8 GW<\/strong> over a three-year period (ref. p.r. 4 October 2023<\/em>).<\/p>\n

\nFollowing the 2023 half-yearly financial report, the Group achieved a Value of Production of \u20ac 4.2 million and a Net Result of \u20ac 1.4 million. Net Financial Position is \u20ac 3 million, and Net Equity is \u20ac 11 million.<\/p>\n
