REDELFI PROSEGUE LO SVILUPPO DELLE BUSINESS UNITS E PREPARA IL PIANO INDUSTRIALE 2022-2026<\/p>\n

Redelfi S.p.A. (la \u201cSociet\u00e0\u201d), management company impegnata nella transizione digitale e green, quotata sul mercato Euronext Growth Milan, in seguito alle preoccupazioni trasmesse alla Societ\u00e0 da alcuni piccoli azionisti in ragione dell\u2019improvvisa perdita di valore del titolo – pari a oltre il 40% nelle ultime tre settimane – verificatosi per altro in assenza di eventi negativi, comunica che l\u2019attivit\u00e0 ordinaria prosegue in linea con quanto previsto nei piani aziendali per il secondo semestre 2022 e per i prossimi esercizi. In proposito a tale fenomeno \u2013 che resta al momento privo di valida motivazione finanziaria, anche in considerazione dell\u2019immutata solidit\u00e0 dell\u2019azienda \u2013 il Presidente del Consiglio di Amministrazione Davide Sommariva ha commentato: \u201cL\u2019anomala ed immotivata movimentazione del titolo nelle ultime settimane – anche con riferimento ai volumi circolati – non rispecchia l\u2019andamento della Societ\u00e0 che, dopo aver pubblicato risultati semestrali in linea con le previsioni del management, sta proseguendo nello sviluppo industriale. In particolare \u2013 come evidenziato anche nella nota integrativa \u2013 la Societ\u00e0 sta lavorando assiduamente per la definizione dell\u2019accordo con un partner USA e l\u2019avvio dello sviluppo di BESS parks sul mercato americano.\u201d<\/p>\n

Come gi\u00e0 anticipato in sede di pubblicazione dei risultati semestrali, la Societ\u00e0 provveder\u00e0 a condividere con i propri investitori e con l\u2019intera comunit\u00e0 finanziaria, il Piano Industriale 2022-2026, focalizzato principalmente sullo sviluppo della business unit Green, che verr\u00e0 reso noto entro il mese di ottobre 2022.<\/p>\n
