(\u201cRedelfi\u201d oppure la \u201cSociet\u00e0\u201d), ESG management company impegnata nella transizione digitale e green, rende noto di aver siglato, tramite la controllata Enginius S.r.l. (\u201cEnginius\u201d), societ\u00e0 di consulenza IT operante nel settore MarTech, un accordo per l\u2019acquisizionedell\u201980% del capitale sociale della societ\u00e0 Dreaming Lab Sagl (\u201cDreaming Lab\u201d), attiva nello sviluppo di soluzioni IT, con sede a Mendrisio (Svizzera).<\/p>\n<p>Dreaming Lab registra un fatturato 2021 nell\u2019ordine di circa 235.000 CHF, con EBITDA in sostanziale pareggio. L\u2019operazione ha lo scopo di rafforzare il Gruppo industriale Redelfi contribuendo alla crescita della business unit di riferimento, attiva nell\u2019ambito tecnologico; l\u2019acquisizione della maggioranza di Dreaming Lab apporter\u00e0 ulteriori competenze tecniche al Gruppo e comporter\u00e0 economia di scala.<br \/>\nInoltre, Dreaming Lab ha in corso di sviluppo un innovativo progetto nell\u2019ambito degli e-sports, settore previsto fortemente in crescita nei prossimi anni.<\/p>\n<p>Tutti i dipendenti di Dreaming Lab sono attenti alle trasformazioni digital, sono sperimentatori e appassionati alle tematiche di innovazione MarTech.
