(\u201cRedelfi\u201d, o la \u201cSociet\u00e0\u201d), management company impegnata nella transizione digitale e green, rende noto di aver costituito la societ\u00e0 CerLab S.r.l. (di seguito \u201cCerLab\u201d), con sede a Milano, con l\u2019obiettivo di creare Comunit\u00e0 Energetiche Rinnovabili, come definite dalla Direttiva RED II (2018\/2001) in fase di recepimento.<\/p>\n<p>Le Comunit\u00e0 Energetiche Rinnovabili (\u201cCER\u201d) sono soggetti giuridici costituiti da privati cittadini, enti e imprese, i quali scelgono di dotarsi di infrastrutture per la produzione di energia da fonte rinnovabile e l\u2019autoconsumo attraverso un modello basato sulla condivisione. Le CER, inoltre, rappresentano un elemento importante ai fini del raggiungimento del target previsto dal Piano Nazionale Integrato dell\u2019Energia e del<br \/>\nClima (PNIEC) 2022-2030, pari a 15 GW di solare distribuito.<\/p>\n<p>CerLab &#8211; nata dall\u2019unione della controllata RH Hydro S.r.l. (di seguito \u201cRH Hydro\u201d), che detiene una partecipazione pari al 70%, e di Infralab S.r.l. (di seguito \u201cInfralab\u201d) che detiene il restante 30% &#8211; si pone un target minimo di almeno 10 MW entro fine 2025, sul territorio italiano, con un investimento complessivo di circa Euro 10 milioni.<\/p>\n<p>RH Hydro agir\u00e0 in qualit\u00e0 di equity investor e si occuper\u00e0 del successivo fundraising, mentre Infralab, forte della pluridecennale esperienza maturata dal management nel settore dell\u2019energia rinnovabile, svolger\u00e0 attivit\u00e0 di scouting e si occuper\u00e0 dello sviluppo dei progetti selezionati. La governance di CerLab \u00e8 affidata a un Consiglio di Amministrazione presieduto dall\u2019Ing. Sandro Rizzo, con delega al Dott. Davide Sommariva. L\u2019attivit\u00e0 delle CER andr\u00e0 ad integrare il rafforzamento della business unit Green del Gruppo Redelfi, tramite l\u2019implementazione dell\u2019assets portfolio di propriet\u00e0 del Gruppo stesso, che sar\u00e0 in grado di generare ricavi recurrent in futuro.
