Redelfi, management company attiva nell\u2019ambito della transizione digitale e green, accelera l\u2019adozione dei principi ESG nella nuova struttura operativa che si articola in tre Business Unit: Green, Martech e Greentech. Ogni Business Unit \u00e8 caratterizzata da un approccio fortemente innovativo nel prodotto, nel servizio o nei processi con un\u2019elevata attenzione alla sostenibilit\u00e0 nella gestione aziendale. Dopo la campagna di equity crowdfunding, chiusa nel 2021 con la raccolta di oltre 1 milione di euro e il consolidamento delle tre business unit, Redelfi prosegue nel percorso di crescita all\u2019insegna degli ESG.<\/p>\n
La Business Unit \u00abGreen\u00bb opera attraverso la societ\u00e0 RH Hydro, che detiene un impianto mini-idroelettrico in Basso Piemonte, e Redelfi Corp. che ha l\u2019obiettivo di realizzare un BESS (Battery Energy Storage System) park negli Stati Uniti. L\u2019unit\u00e0 \u00e8 gestita da Davide Sommariva, presidente della Societ\u00e0, con consolidate competenze nel settore delle rinnovabili e con esperienza nello sviluppo e gestione di una societ\u00e0 quotata su Euronext Growth Milan. La Business Unit si propone attraverso la propria attivit\u00e0 di limitare le emissioni di CO2 e tutelare l\u2019ambiente con azioni sostenibili.<\/p>\n
La seconda Business Unit, \u00abMarTech\u00bb, attraverso la controllata Enginius, guidata dall\u2019amministratore delegato Alessandro Ivaldi, consigliere di Redelfi, \u00e8 focalizzata sullo sviluppo di prodotti tecnologici e innovativi in particolare di realt\u00e0 aumentata, intelligenza artificiale e big data. Tra i prodotti in sviluppo, Jarions sar\u00e0 dedicato in ambito digital a organizzare e catalogare comunicazioni presenti su diversi canali, mentre Adest nell\u2019ambito del digital marketing e customer experience, grazie al dynamic virtual product placement, crea contenuti personalizzati in un contesto video. La Unit opera anche trasversalmente portando innovazione tecnologica alle societ\u00e0 del Gruppo attive nei settori tradizionali.<\/p>\n
Infine, la terza Business Unit \u00abGreentech\u00bb nasce dall\u2019unione delle competenze Green e MarTech, con l\u2019obiettivo di sviluppare soluzioni tecnologiche innovative e sostenibili, preservare la biodiversit\u00e0 e contrastare il cambiamento climatico. La Unit \u00e8 affidata a Raffaele Palomba, amministratore delegato di Redelfi, che ha competenze consolidate nel settore delle rinnovabili maturate anche con una societ\u00e0 quotata all\u2019ex mercato AIM Italia. Nel corso del 2022 Greentech prevede di sviluppare attivit\u00e0 finalizzate alla riforestazione con l\u2019utilizzo di tecnologie blockchain.<\/p>\n
