euros.<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>In\u00a0<strong>February 2021<\/strong>\u00a0we launched our first equity crowdfunding campaign on the\u00a0<strong>Opstart<\/strong>\u00a0portal that ended on April 20th, 2021.<br \/>\nWith this campaign we decided to invest in\u00a0<strong>MarTech<\/strong>, developing the digital products of Enginius Srl, a company operating in the field of\u00a0<strong>AI, Big Data and Augmented reality.<\/strong><br \/>\nLikewise we have done with Renergetica, we\u2019ll operate as majority shareholders with the aim of successfully retracing the same company growth.<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #00416b;\">Acquired company<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Enginius is an\u00a0<strong>IT and digital consulting company<\/strong>\u00a0that operates in the field of <strong>Big Data, developing scalable Management platforms<\/strong>, a <strong>web traffic conversion model<\/strong>, a platform for buying and selling TV spots, and an<strong> IoT solution<\/strong> in the smart lighting market.<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #00416b;\">Redelfi and Enginius<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>We decided to invest in Enginius because it\u2019s a\u00a0<strong>dynamic reality<\/strong>, composed by an\u00a0<strong>expert team<\/strong>, s<strong>killed in technologies and innovation<\/strong>, able to anticipate market trends and develop cutting-edge products.<\/p>\n<p><strong>We\u2019ll accelerate the Enginius business and support the Research and Development activities<\/strong>\u00a0of different products including Lumiere, an innovative platform, ideal for brand position and products within live and on-demand video.<br \/>\nThanks to Augmented Reality elements and fully integrated \u201cdeep fake\u201d technology it will be possible to enjoy video content with diversified advertising products on custom audiences, naturally harmonized within the context.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We closed
