L\u2019ispirazione ci accompagna, e come si dice non d\u00e0 preavvisi, la produzione spesso conferma le idee e il lavoro di team produce sempre i migliori risultati.<\/p>\n<p>Angela Lembo<br \/>\nChief Communication Officer all&#8217;interno di Redelfi<\/p>\n<h3>Come nasce l&#8217;ispirazione, per un creativo di oggi? Dove traiamo la nostra &#8220;ispirazione&#8221; che ci porta a rivelare ci\u00f2 che esiste ma \u00e8 nascosto?<\/h3>\n<p>Credo nei libri, nei paesaggi, nella musica, nel silenzio, nelle persone, nei piccoli pezzi di codice, nel rumore assordante che pu\u00f2 generare un dettaglio che improvvisamente fa nascere qualcosa dentro e lo trasforma in idea. Molto spesso mi capita di avere l\u2019ispirazione nei momenti pi\u00f9 impensabili e inizio a mettere nero su bianco tutto quello che mi passa per la testa senza freni e correggendo o cestinando le mie produzioni solo dopo aver esaurito la mia creativit\u00e0. Ma come pu\u00f2 venire alla luce ci\u00f2 che \u00e8 davanti.<\/p>\n<p>Penso che l\u2019ispirazione sia fortemente legata alla passione e alla curiosit\u00e0. Se una persona perde l\u2019interesse o lavora meccanicamente a una task avr\u00e0 perso la \u201cscintilla\u201d e sar\u00e0 meno propensa a uscire dagli schemi. Se una persona ama il proprio lavoro, segue corsi di formazione e aggiornamento e si confronta con altri, sar\u00e0 pi\u00f9 propensa a osare e fare qualcosa con uno spirito differente.<\/p>\n<h3>Come riconoscere la consapevolezza delle proprie competenze nel nostro ambito lavorativo? Come misurarsi con questo aspetto nello svolgimento dell&#8217;attivit\u00e0 professionale?<\/h3>\n<p>Prendere coscienza di s\u00e9, delle proprie capacit\u00e0 e dei propri obiettivi \u00e8 una grande sfida che non tutti sono in grado di affrontare. Il confronto e la trasparenza sono due elementi che aiutano a riconoscere la propria sfera professionale e personale mentre l\u2019ispirazione e la produzione creativa si trasformano in consapevolezza e concretizzazione con la progettazione delle task e la misurazione degli obiettivi e dati.<\/p>\n<h3>Nel nostro mondo condiviso non ci si pu\u00f2 pi\u00f9 permettere di agire da soli. Con chi costruire alleanze per rispondere alle esigenze del mercato di oggi?<\/h3>\n<p>Il mercato di oggi \u00e8 estremamente dinamico e la comunicazione ha tante sfaccettature, spesso non riesci a trovare la soluzione a un problema che sorgono altre esigenze, ad esempio, nel digital ci sono aggiornamenti costanti seo e it, intenti di ricerca sempre diversi degli utenti.<\/p>\n<p>In questo contesto lavorare da soli pu\u00f2 essere un grande problema perch\u00e9 non si pu\u00f2 stare al passo con la dinamicit\u00e0 del mercato, occorre allearsi e farsi contaminare dalle idee e dalle esperienze del team.<\/p>\n<p>Il mio metodo di lavoro si basa sulla progettazione e sviluppo di micro obiettivi concreti, e ogni luned\u00ec mattina faccio il punto della situazione sul progetto, condividendo gli step di progresso e ascoltando tutti allo stesso modo, coinvolgendo allo stesso livello tutto il team, dallo stagista al capo, dal copy, al dev, dal grafico all\u2019advertiser, per far s\u00ec che vengano messi sul tavolo spunti e idee nuove, che possano derivare dalle competenze aziendali di un \u201cvecchio\u201d collaboratore quanto dall\u2019intuito della giovane risorsa. Questi momenti di confronto creano non solo dei progetti vincenti ma anche una complicit\u00e0 e una sinergia tra le persone che tendono a lavorare meglio con risultati pi\u00f9
