San Luca Immobiliare has successfully closed the first crowdfunding campaign.<\/p>\n
On March 3rd, our participation started the GPA – Genova Porto project, with the aim of saving 150,000 euros to renovate and resell an apartment in the historic center of Genoa. \nDespite the difficulty in the world, with the pandemic that is holding back the economy and investments in all sectors, we have decided not to block the harvest campaign, but according to the calendar we have already established: today, the 3rd april, the crowdfunding campaign on HOUSERS has been closed successfully a few days before the deadline.<\/strong><\/p>\n
We worked hard and constantly monitored this new situation and thank all the investors who believed in San Luca Immobiliare and in the investments of Redelfi who brought an innovative and intelligent model by modernizing a very traditional sector such as real estate.<\/p>\n
