Anthilia BIT III and Anthilia BIT IV Co-Investment Fund have signed a tranche of the bond loan issued by Renergetica international developer in the sector of energy from renewable sources.

The Company’s issue was subscribed, for a total value of € 8 million, from funds invested specifically in bonds created by Anthilia, respectively by Anthilia BIT III for € 6.7 million and by Anthilia BIT IV Co-Investment. Fund for € 1.3 million.

The issue of the bond loan will allow the Company to intervene in support of the investments related to the preparatory activities for the development of a multi-year pipeline on the reference markets, for more than half consisting of projects to be developed under existing commercial agreements.
