The Group’s other Business Units focus on MarTech and GreenTech, or the evolution of marketing and on environment preservation.

The MarTech: innovating the future of marketing
At the beginning of 2021 Redelfi acquired majority shares in Enginius, a company that deals with IT development, and created a Business Unit dedicated entirely to the development of innovative technologies mainly related to the marketing and advertising fields: MarTech.
Among the various applications of MarTech are:
- Artificial intelligence that will increasingly help marketers understand user habits,
- Automation systems and the development of backend solutions that will allow omnichannel integration and increasingly detailed and complete data collection which is useful for segmenting and customizing advertising campaigns,
- Augmented and virtual reality that will allow media agencies to make increasingly immersive and effective video campaigns,
- Tools for collecting and reading big data that will support marketers, analysts and web designers to create innovative CRO / UX solutions, anticipate users’ constantly changing needs and create increasingly optimized web marketing flows for generating leads.

Jarions: the innovative solution for having all communications at your fingertips
Jarions will work as an SaaS (Software as a Service) to aggregate, categorize and organize content from various social media channels and different formats. It will make them easily usable through a single platform with advanced search and organization features. During Redelfi’s equity crowdfunding campaign the product was launched under the name of Bridget and in the fall of 2021 it was renamed Jarions. The market launch is expected by the end of 2024.

Adest: the revolutionary product for the marketing world
Enginius is developing a disruptive product to revolutionize the world of web advertising: Adest. Conceived in 2021, the product is under development; it will use a proprietary platform for the dynamic insertion of brands and products within standard and on-demand videos thanks to elements of augmented reality and “deep fake” technologies. Advertising content will be personalized on users’ interests, geographic location and over time. Market launch is planned for 2025.
Marketing and technologies are always evolving and will help those in the industry. Within this Business Unit, Redelfi will actively work by bringing managerial and digital expertise to the subsidiary Enginius, which will implement and position the Jarions and Adest mass market products and develop innovative IT solutions for clients and other Group companies.
MarTech will be a cross-functional resource across all business units to bring innovation within the Group.
GreenTech, technology at the service of the environment

We care about ESG criteria, and the business unit GreenTech was born from the meeting of technology and environmental restoration solutions.
The MarTech and GreenTech business units constantly dialogue and collaborate with each other to give light to technology-supported environment-friendly projects.
Thanks to the well-established experiences of Redelfi’s management and the innovation in technology brought by Enginius, the companies operating in the GreenTech business unit will develop businesses sensitive to the community and aimed at CO2 abatement, to contribute to the fight for climate change.

All’interno di questa Business Unit, Redelfi lavorerà attivamente portando competenze manageriali e digitali alla controllata Enginius che realizzerà e posizionerà i prodotti mass market Jarions e Adest e svilupperà soluzioni innovative IT per clienti e altre società del Gruppo.
Il MarTech sarà una risorsa trasversale a tutte e tre le Business Unit per portare innovazione all’interno del Gruppo della management company, per esempio, l’intervento di Enginius nel GreenTech è fondamentale per la rivoluzione di settori tradizionali come la riforestazione.
